A new Companion, Drew Huskisson, was chosen as a Select Master and honoured as a Royal Master in two Ceremonies by the acting TIM, Ill. Comp Stephen Simmons along with the DistGPCW, Ill. An enjoyable day at Freemasons Hall, London saw two of our Companions be invested with Grand Rank. Ill Comp John Allen was promoted to PGCondC and Ill Comp Richard Thurston was appointed to the active rank of Grand Manciple. Eight of the attending Companions from Somerset & Wiltshire then dined at the Connaught Rooms where a very nice meal was enjoyed by all, along with plenty of conversation and the odd glass of wine.

Tuesday 25th March saw the Installation of Ill. Comp. George Paskins as Thrice Illustrious Master of the Council by Ill. Comp. John Muskett to the customary high standard. The TIM then appointed and invested Ill. Comp. John Allan as Deputy Master and Ill. Comp. Michael Farrow as Principal Conductor of the Work along with the rest of the Officers for the ensuing year.
