King David's Council of Reflection carried out the Degree of Thrice Illustrious Master, colloquially known as the Silver Trowel with Ill Comp Chris White of Taunton Council as the recipient last night at Burnham on Sea.
In a very well conducted ceremony Ill Comp Richard Cooper took the Office of King David and gave an exemplary performance ably assisted by R Ill Comp Keith Surry as Senior Warden, Ill Comp Geoff Ifill as Junior Warden and Ill Comp David Dixon as Steward along with Ill Comp Tony Carter as Chaplain Ill Comp Julian Frost as DC and Ill Comp Chris Callow as Sentinel.
Ill Comp Chris White was suitably impressed with the ceremony and the ritual involved and thanked everyone especially Ill Comp Richard Cooper for his contribution.
The attending companions then retired to an enjoyable Festive Board where the traditional toasts were observed.
