King David's Council of Reflection No.338

The members of King David's Council of Reflection met on Thursday 5th December at Burnham on Sea, despite the atrocious weather, to carry out the ceremony of the Degree of Thrice illustrious Master, more commonly known as the Silver Trowel Ceremony, on two two candidates, Ill. Comp. Vesian Fripp Easthope of Devizes Council No.155 and Ill. Comp. Tony Seymour from the District of South Wales.

The ceremony was carried out with Ill. Comp. Richard Cooper as King David, Ill. Comp. Chris Moore as Zadok the High Priest and Ill. Comp. Alan Thompson as Nathan the Prophet along with members of the Council taking the other Offices.

The Ceremony was carried out in a very moving and informative way with each candidate separately, in the presence of our own DGM, R. Ill. Comp. Keith Surry and also the DGM of South Wales R. Ill. Comp William Jenkins who had travelled down to Burnham on Sea with Ill. Comp. Tony.

The Companions then enjoyed an excellent Festive Board before returning home.
